We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm. We know it is hard for working parents to visit during those hours so please call us to schedule a time that is convenient for you after our working hours.
Cards Accepted as Payments on Ainsley James:
We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express via our secure server. For your convenience we also have installed a Secured Shopping Cart where you may use your credit card or account for online ordering.

Delivery Time:
Delivery times do vary but most products as noted ship within 3-4 business days. Some of our products are hand made and or painted at the time your order is placed. Please allow the time noted in the product details for the completion estimate and also allow 4-5 days for shipping.
Rushed Orders:
Please email us at ainsleyjames@cox.net or call us at 225-603-6270 to inquire about the possibility of your order being rush delivered. We will get back with you as soon as possible on an estimated delivery dayand additional expedited shipping fees.
Returns & Exchanges:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please notify Ainsley James Boutique within 10 business days of receiving your order. All returns must have prior authorization. You may reach us by email at ainsleyjames@cox.net.
Custom made and personalized items are not returnable, unless there is an error on our part. Please be sure to review your order for any errors in color, monogramming and size.
Please report shortages/incorrect items immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Insurance and tracking are recommended as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit to our return address.
All returns must be unused and returned in the original packaging for full credit. If you fail to notify Ainsley James Boutique of your desire to return or replace your purchase within the 10 business day window, or if Ainsley James Boutique suspects an item that you have returned has been used, your merchandise will be shipped back to you at your expense. Upon receipt of your approved return, Ainsley James Boutique will either issue a refund for the purchase price of your item(s) to the credit card used for your purchase or ship the item you have selected in exchange. There are no returns, exchanges or credit after 30 days from receiving your order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded by Ainsley James Boutique. All shipping charges are the customers responsibility, unless the order is damaged or incorrect due to our error. If you received free shipping with your purchase, the cost of the initial shipping and handling will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will apply to replacement items.
Ainsley James Boutique reserves the right to cancel orders or refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at a wrong price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have charged your credit card, we will refund your card the amount charged.
Please allow 2 weeks for refunds or credits to be processed and appear on your statement.
Privacy Policy:
Ainsley James Boutique works hard to ensure your privacy. We do not sell your personal information to other companies. Once you place an order credit card companies require that we confirm your billing address and phone number to authenticate your transaction. Your email address is needed to confirm and update you regarding your order.
Sales Tax:
9.5% sales tax applies to all orders shipped to a Louisiana address. There is no sales tax charged for any other state.
